What you need to look for when buying a new car…

  1. Check service history, for regular intervals and/or mileage increases
  2. Check receipts for previous work done
  3. Check MOT history for mileage and previous fail & advisory points
  4. Check for number of previous owners- less owners indicates better looked after
  5. Look for dents, scratches and signs of a re-spray
  6. Check out the person selling the vehicle – if a private sale
  7. Haggle over the price-private or at any garage, you might be surprised!
