What you need to look for when buying a new car…
- Check service history, for regular intervals and/or mileage increases
- Check receipts for previous work done
- Check MOT history for mileage and previous fail & advisory points
- Check for number of previous owners- less owners indicates better looked after
- Look for dents, scratches and signs of a re-spray
- Check out the person selling the vehicle – if a private sale
- Haggle over the price-private or at any garage, you might be surprised!
